Congo Astral Company (C.A.C. Sarl), founded in 2013, is a company specializing in security, protection, management and risk prevention to ensure the safety of goods and people. Our activities are diversified: we ensure the security of residences, businesses, mining sites, but also the protection of vehicles. STAFF RECRUITMENT
Our management employees and security officers are carefully selected and trained, while taking into account the requirements of our customers and their profile. This is what differentiates Congo Astral from other security companies
As part of our staff recruitment and deployment process, company regulations are very strict on the following specific aspects:
- Education and proven experience.
- Appropriate age;
- Perfect physical condition;
- Motivation and promotion;
- Security clearances;
- Possession of safety training certificate;
- Staff must be literate, know how to use the computer, know how to read, write and communicate in French (major asset) and other official languages commonly spoken in the operations sector (desirable);
- Managers and supervisors must be able to read and write in English, understand mathematics and computer science (asset);
- All staff are dressed in uniform with the company logo.
- All staff go through an induction period and refresher programs;
- Security clearances;
- The personnel located on the sites are fed, transported and housed.
